Thank you all for a great Sunday just passed. For the rest of the day yesterday & today, I have been thinking about how much Christian discipleship depends upon "remembering."
Many, MANY passages of Scripture tell us that God remembers us. That God calls us to mind and acts on our behalf. And there are plenty of Scriptures also highlighting a major theme of yesterday's worship: "Remember who you are." Doing a word study, using a tool like Bible Gateway, of the word "Remember" yields any number of responses. I have sorted through them and come up with a devotional plan for the coming week. Please feel free to join us in reading, reflecting and REMEMBERING.
